From Drawing to a Production-Ready Mold
Our general mold production workflow, adapted to the requirements of each project:
Technical Review
The customer’s technical drawing, 3D model or existing product sample is evaluated against the project requirements.
Mold Planning
The appropriate mold manufacturing process is planned according to the product’s production requirements.
Machining
Mold components undergo CNC machining and other required machining operations according to the project requirements.
Mold Assembly
The machined mold components are assembled and prepared for production trials.
Trial Molding and Evaluation
Initial parts are produced from the mold, and the component and its production behavior are evaluated.
Revision and Production Preparation
Once the necessary adjustments are completed, the mold is prepared for serial production.
From Mold to Serial Production in One Manufacturing Organization
Mold manufacturing, mold trials, plastic injection production, required mold revisions and repeat production can be coordinated within the same manufacturing organization.
This structure supports direct coordination between the mold shop and injection production, evaluation of trials under actual production conditions, easier coordination of revisions and continuity from the first sample to serial production. For the customer, it reduces the need to coordinate separate suppliers and provides direct communication with the manufacturer.

Trial Molding and Mold Revision
Following mold manufacturing, trial components can be produced using the company’s plastic injection capabilities. The resulting parts and the mold’s behavior during production can then be evaluated, and any required revisions can be coordinated between the mold and injection teams before serial production.
Support for Existing Molds
Projects do not always need to begin with a new mold. Existing customer molds may be reviewed for production use, maintenance, revision or adaptation to ongoing production, subject to technical suitability and project requirements.
